All of which is why we’re proud to announce that Steve Walton of our first line helpdesk team has achieved the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management.
Steve reports to Mick Polkinghorne, our Operations Manager, who said: “This certification brings new strength and depth to our team. Steve has proved himself to be a key player in the service we offer, and his achievement is a testament to his dedication and hard work.”
