Here at ICC, we’re always looking for new ways to extend and improve the levels of service we provide to our customers. That’s why we’re pleased to announce the successful conversion of the ground floor of our main building into a network operations centre (NOC) and support desk.
“I’m delighted we’ve completed our NOC and that it’s now up and running,” said Leon Wheeler, Managing Director at ICC. “We pride ourselves on the quality of service we deliver, and this new facility further increases our efficiency and means we can provide enhanced helpdesk support.”
