It was only a matter of time before we extended north of the border. That day has finally arrived, and we couldn’t be happier.
Our new Scottish office near Glasgow Airport includes a business development team. It will service new clients that have been won in last 12 months, including Business in Scotland, and will ensure four-hour SLAs are met and beaten throughout the outer regions of the UK.
One key member of the Scotland team is David Kerr, who brings with him 37 years IT experience and ten years in electronic engineering. David’s past experience as a service engineer includes a role at ICM, where he became the country’s Customer Service Director.
Another key figure is Tom Steel, who since he left the army has accrued 25 years experience in IT. A support engineering role at IBM developed into UK team leadership for 15 client sites providing desk-side infrastructure support, after which Tom ran his own IT services business with clients including Chevron, RBS, Morrison’s and the Department of Work and Pensions.
David and Tom can expect the full support of the rest of ICC as they focus on developing not just our customer base but the service and support levels by which we all measure ourselves. Onwards, upwards – and northwards!
