Logging Support Calls on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
If you have a support contract that covers you for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day, you can log a call on these days by calling 0845 302 1922. Please note, you must call this number to log a call on these days as emails may not get picked up.
For all other days, you can log calls via either email, our support website or the telephone on 0845 302 1922 as usual.
If your support contract does not cover you for maintenance and support calls on Public Holidays and you would like the added peace of mind of having this cover in place, please contact your Account Manager now.

The times shown below are our shipping times for hardware sales over the holidays. If you need emergency items on a non-shipping day, please call 0845 302 1922, and we will do our utmost to service your order.
The ‘Last Order Time’ column is for telephone orders on that day. As you can purchase items through our website 24/7 365 days, we have also included a 3rd column, which details when you should expect to receive your shipment after placing an order over the festive period.
